A careful selection of basic ingredients is essential, of course, but it would be nothing without all the work that goes into the kitchen. That is why our grapes are harvested by hand, and this harvest is completely destemmed. We let ourselves be guided by the expression of the fruit, doing everything we could to not rush it. Thus, the vinification and maturing took place exclusively in stainless steel vats, and the bottling of the 5,000 bottles was done without fining or filtration.
