Gudule Winery Brussels is an Urban Winery and as such joins the pioneers of the genre.
An Urban what?
Much more than a closed circle, it is a family spirit whose founding principles aim to integrate the winemaking cellar into the urban fabric, participate in the local economy, get closer to the consumer, share the adventure with him and finally (and first and foremost) make wine, even very good wine.
Like the cities in which they are located, each winery is a different story, a unique encounter, the realization of a dream. At Gudule, each vintage is the fruit of a meticulous blend that respects the passionate work of our winegrower friends and the emotional terroir that Brussels cultivates.
We therefore produce wines with a Brussels accent. Wines that accompany the emulation of the city and the meeting of ideas. Five vintages to share around a good table or during a picnic in the heart of Brussels, an extraordinary cosmopolitan and multicultural city of which our wines, which freely associate several grape varieties, echo.
