It's off on a tour of France in search of aromatic grape varieties full of freshness! In Entre-Deux-Mers, we found a powerful, full-bodied Sauvignon Gris with a rich palette. In the Loire, a Melon de Bourgogne that oscillates nicely between floral and fruity for your greatest pleasure. And in Alsace, an opulent, round and exuberant Gewurztraminer.
Simplicity and efficiency in our Brussels winery for this Afterwork en Terrasse. The grapes are harvested by hand, then whole-cluster pressed for an authentic result. Vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel vats, so as never to disturb the fruit, for all 4192 bottles produced.
