  It's with undisguised pleasure that we've broken away from classic blends to offer you a novel alliance. In Italy, we've chosen Maturano, an ancient grape variety native to Lazio, once on the verge of extinction and now being revived by a handful of passionate winemakers. Ripe tropical fruit, structure and formidable aromatic persistence. And to underline this, we've added a touch of exuberant Alsatian Gewurztraminer, which stands out for its opulence and freshness.
  

  Our mission is to bring out the natural richness of our grape varieties as faithfully as possible. That's why the grapes are harvested by hand, before being pressed in whole bunches. No frills for the rest either. The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel vats to ensure a pure expression of the fruit. We produce 2052 bottles of 75cl and 484 bottles of 50cl.

A charming, delicate wine with an appealing promise. A nose that subtly wanders
between the tonic character of citrus and the fleshier profile of yellow fruit.
Bergamot, citron and lemon reveal their substance on the palate with a rounded, velvety touch
, playing out its final expression on a juicy, luscious and highly digestible tone.
